US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Express. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase, if there are no exceptional circumstances preventing the shipments going out.International Orders
International orders are sent via FedEx International and are typically shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase, if there are no exceptional circumstances preventing the shipments from going out. Any customs or duty fees that are encountered as the product enters the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not calculate the customs or duty fees since these vary from country to country.
If the package is received with any sign of damage, please refuse the shipment and inform us immediately. We will provide a replacement for the refused shipment.
