Shipping Policy

Continental US Orders

US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or Express. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase, if there are no exceptional circumstances preventing the shipments going out.

Packages are shipped by default without signature confirmation. This means that Fed Ex may leave a package at the front door/porch and it can be stolen. If you do not live in a safe neighborhood we suggest you mention you would like Signature Confirmation in the Special Instructions in the order. If your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you claim that you did not get it and it was shipped without signature confirmation we are not responsible for this and we will not be able to refund you the money.

International Orders

International orders are sent via FedEx International and are typically shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase, if there are no exceptional circumstances preventing the shipments from going out. Any customs or duty fees that are encountered as the product enters the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not calculate the customs or duty fees since these vary from country to country.

If the package is received with any sign of damage, please refuse the shipment and inform us immediately. We will provide a replacement for the refused shipment.
